With the pandemic not subsiding anytime soon, many are concerned on how they should change to adapt to the new environment. Although its not new for most people, MCO 2.0 still shows that many out there are still not ready for the upcoming workforce & its challenges.

Thus, JCI Kinta has jointly organized with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) a virtual forum titled- ‘Embracing New Normal of Workforce in 2021’ which aims to provide some answers and assurance to people especially to young undergraduates who are about to step into the workforce very soon.

This forum is only a kick-start event to the year long collaboration between JCI Kinta & UTAR – “Youth Entrepreneurs’ Mastermind” where we aim to organize a series of inspiring & educational programmes such as this to empower & better equip our local youth in facing the new normal.
